How do I personalize my product?
It's simple! When you select a customizable product, you will see options to upload your photos, add text, or choose specific colors. Just follow the on-screen instructions before adding the item to your cart.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made, production starts almost immediately. You can cancel or request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it by opening a Support Ticket. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee any modifications.
What image quality is required for photo gifts?
For the best print quality, please upload high-resolution images (at least 1MB in size). Blurry or dark photos will result in a lower-quality print. We do not offer refunds for poor print quality caused by low-resolution uploads.

How long does delivery take?
Most personalized items take 2-4 business days to manufacture. Once dispatched, standard delivery across India takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking link. You can also view real-time tracking updates by logging into your account and visiting the 'Orders' tab.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Cart My Wish only ships within India. We are looking forward to expanding our delivery network in the future!

Can I return a personalized gift?
Due to the unique nature of custom products, all sales on personalized items are final. We cannot accept returns if you change your mind or made a typo during ordering.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are so sorry about that! Please open a Support Ticket from your Orders page within 48 hours of delivery. Attach a clear photo or unboxing video of the damage, and we will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
