At Cart My Wish, we know how important it is for your personalized gifts to arrive on time for those special occasions. Because every item is custom-made to order, our delivery timeline involves two steps: Processing Time and Transit Time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing (1-3 Days) + Shipping (3-5 Days)

Please expect your custom gift to arrive within 4 to 8 business days from the date you place your order. We highly recommend ordering at least a week in advance for birthdays and anniversaries!

1. Processing & Manufacturing Time

Unlike standard stores, your items do not sit on a shelf ready to ship. Once your order is placed and the 2-hour cancellation window passes, our team gets to work printing, pressing, and inspecting your custom design.

  • Standard Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: During major festivals (like Diwali, Valentine's Day, or Raksha Bandhan), processing may take an additional 1-2 days due to high order volumes.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

Once your personalized gift passes quality check, it is securely packaged and handed over to our trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or Ecom Express).

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Locations: Up to 7 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep shipping as affordable as possible. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery pin code.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually starts at ₹50 - ₹80 depending on the item.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999). Be sure to check the announcement bar at the top of our website for active promotions!

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS with your courier tracking number. You can also view real-time updates by visiting our Track Order page or checking the Orders tab in your account dashboard.

5. Important Delivery Notes

  • Business Days: Processing and transit times are calculated in business days (Monday to Saturday). Sundays and national holidays are not counted.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Courier Delays: While we partner with India's best logistics networks, unpredictable delays due to extreme weather, regional lockdowns, or strikes are out of our control. We will always do our best to assist you if a delay occurs.
